Hold on tight as you are rocketed along a roller-coaster ride of dramatic pursuits by seeing up to ten plays or six cabaret acts, each less than ten minutes long, then vote for your favourite to send them through to the Gala Finals.

The Gold Coast Light Parade will be a family friendly event, with an evening bike ride along the Tugan bike paths and the beachfront. Bring everyone along for this free community social ride and light up your bike.

We will meet at the bike path at the rear of the Bilinga SLSC at 4.30pm for a 5-5.30pm roll out. Starting from the Bilinga SLSC following the bike paths to Rainbow Bay Surf Club. (5.4km) We will have a stop here to grab a bite before returning the way we came.

All bikes and all ages welcome. Bring a jacket as it may get cool.

When a British expedition enters their habitat, Tarzan first meets the beautiful Jane, and realises he may not be the gorilla he was raised to be. NAPA Ensemble’s cast is made up of adults and children alike, and is the first time that NAPA Ensemble has produced an all-ages show for audiences to enjoy.

The season is running this school holidays with shows from 7 to 14 July, twice a day. This is the perfect school holiday opportunity to take a walk on the wild side and revisit a Disney classic.

Set in the Victorian seaside town of Sorrento, the play revolves around three sisters, reunited after 10 years apart and again feeling the constraints of family life.

A semi-autobiographical book written by middle sister and expat Meg triggers the familial tensions and dramas that eventuate.

The play is about family in a literal and metaphorical sense and the importance of blood ties and collective memory, true or false.

Hotel Sorrento was first performed in 1990 by the Playbox Theatre Company and won an AWGIE, NSW Premier’s Literary Award and a Green Room Award. Since then the play has had over 50 productions throughout Australia and overseas (winning critical acclaim on its London debut), and has been translated into French, Japanese and Swedish.

A time capsule capturing some of the world’s most popular music hits, this visual presentation of epic proportions produces a feast for the senses like no other live production.

“AN EVENING AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL” showcases the music and timeless classics of three of the highest selling artists of their time – Neil Diamond, Barbra Streisand and The Bee Gees. Utilising a full size set that recreates the enormous Hollywood Bowl indoors, the producers have designed the entire construction to double as a three dimensional audio visual screen.
